Absolutely love the espresso!

The Espresso Beans I got were fantastic! They made such a rich, smooth shot, really impressed. I'd been looking for a new supplier and glad I found this place. My machine really loved these. Will absolutely be ordering more and telling my coffee-loving friends about it!

Reliable supplier, good support

I purchased a batch of their Green Raw Coffee Beans and also a new Hand Coffee Grinder. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, easy to navigate and find what I needed. The beans arrived well-packaged in about 5 business days, which is pretty standard for me in the south. The grinder came a day later. I had a small question about roast profiles for the green beans, so I used their online contact form. Got a reply the next morning with some helpful tips, which I appreciated. The beans themselves were great quality for home roasting, and the grinder feels sturdy. Overall, a solid experience with good product quality and responsive customer service. Helps me feel confident about future orders.

Good coffee, consistent quality

I ordered the Freshly Roasted Arabica Coffee again, just like I have several times before. It's always reliable. The flavor profile is consistent with my last two orders, which is what I expect. Delivery took about 4 days to get to me this time, a day longer than my previous order but still within reason. I keep coming back for the quality.

Planning a bulk order for my office. Do they have special wholesale pricing, or is it just the regular site prices for larger quantities?

A Anthony A. 5 days ago
They definitely do wholesale accounts. You have to apply for one, but the savings are pretty significant, like 10-20% usually.

Yeah, for offices or cafes, they have trade accounts. It's not just bigger versions of retail bags, you get proper wholesale rates once you're set up with them.

Anyone know if Pennine Tea and Coffee does a first-time customer discount? Looking to try them out but always nice to save a bit.

I got a code when I signed up for their newsletter, I think it was 10% off. Worth a shot!

They often have some kind of new customer offer, usually through email signup. Don't think it's a constant thing on the site though, gotta look for it.

I saw some really good prices on beans for Black Friday last year. Do they usually do big sales around then, or was that a one-off?

L Linda Nguyen 1 week ago
Black Friday is definitely a thing for them every year. Always good discounts on beans and sometimes equipment too.

They do Black Friday deals, yep. And Christmas and Boxing Day sales too. Keep an eye out closer to the time for some good savings.

Thinking of upgrading my home espresso setup. Has anyone bought one of their Wega machines? How's the support if something goes wrong?

J Jeff H. 2 weeks ago
I got a Fracino from them a while back. Support was decent for setup questions. They also do servicing and repairs, which is a plus, although I haven't needed it.

They supply commercial machines to cafes, so I imagine their support for those would be solid. Haven't bought a Wega myself but their general service seems good.

How do Pennine's single origin coffees compare to, say, Rave Coffee? Always looking for a new go-to for my pour over.

P Paul Young 1 month ago
I've had both! Pennine's single origins are really good, often have some unique ones. I'd say they're definitely on par with Rave for quality, maybe a bit more variety at times.

They're both solid roasters. Pennine leans into the artisan side a bit more, sometimes their roasts are a touch lighter than Rave, which I prefer for pour over actually.
